''Acipenser oxyrinchus'' is a species of sturgeon. ==Information== Acipenser oxyrinchus is a species with two subspecies: * Atlantic sturgeon, ''Acipenser oxyrinchus oxyrinchus''. * Gulf sturgeon, ''Acipenser oxyrinchus desotoi''. Their main diet includes crustaceans, worms, and mollusks.
